Cool, will it be in the same place? Or is that yet to be determined?

Hi gang,
I've never heard of the band Choices. What do they sound like?

Hi Jessy, I've never heard of them either, but this was on another thread from Woody:

Woody wrote:To all it may concern. The band Choices is a compilation of 8-11 local talented musicians that have entertained us all over the course of last 25yrs.They play the kind of music almost everyone loves to dance to.If you are over 25 you'll know the words to the majority of their material. This year we are going to concentrate on really great dance music that will keep the party going from 1st song till the last.No headliners this year, the second band will be chosen for the party music as well.More info as we get it will be posted soon.SPLL Board PR memo :drunks:

Sounds like they should be pretty good!

Choices?

Unread postby jessy731 » Dec 13 2007, 08:57 am

Woody's description makes me nervous. I have loved many of the bands that have played in the past several years. I have a fear that "the kind of music almost everyone loves to dance to" includes such selections as, "Strokin", "YMCA", "Celebration", "Brick House" and "The Macarena".
With all due respect to Clarence Carter, is there any hope that it will sound like Louisiana and not Tony and Tina's wedding in Anywhere's, USA? Someone give Woody a poke.

I think those are great party songs and hope they DO play them! With maybe the exception of The Macarena.
