Best Place to Park/Watch this year?!

New to the parade & looking for the best place to park & view the floats this year.

Gonna have my 8 & 10 year old boys w/me, so fairly "family friendly" would be nice, but not necessarily alcohol-free. Somewhere with room for them to run around would be cool.

I would suggest the baptisi church parking lot on 6th between Florida & Convention.

What about somewhere near the beginning by the capital? Seems like there would be some nice grassy areas for the kids to run around & play over there.

Or does it just get way too crowded in that area?
