    • Raffle for the Queen’s Necklace, 5kt Mystic Topaz Necklace & 14kt gold chain.  A Drawing will be held on Friday January, 28th at The Queen’s Party, Mr. G’s Tavern on Florida Blvd at Sharp Rd. starting at 8:30 PM.  There will be music and fun.  The necklace was donated by Jack Hood Jewelers, 9265 Florida Blvd.  Raffle Tickets are $5.00.  Tickets will be available at the Driver and Safety Meeting on Wednesday January 26th and at The Queen's Party.  Raffle Benefits SPLL Charities!!

    • The Judge's Bribery Dinner will be Thursday, February 3rd at Avoyelles Cafe from 6:30 pm - 8:30 pm.  This is your opportunity to come bribe the judges to yours hearts desire they will have open minds, pockets and hands!!

    • A very special 25th Anniversary Spanish Town Mardi Gras Poster has been designed by Charleen Kling and Marian B. Martinez.  It is a very beautiful watercolor print and would look great anywhere you choose to display it!  The dimensions are 18 X 24.   We have the Poster available at the Online Store and locally at Party's Start Here, 3114 College Drive.  Poster Image

    • TABLE DECORATION:
      The Hall will be open from 11:30 am through 5:00 pm on the 15th for you to go in and decorate your table. The doors will close at 5:00 pm and not reopen again until 7:00. The SPLL board suggest the best way to achieve unloading what you are taking to your table is to go in the River Road entrance and unload what you have then go park your car, there will not be available parking in the unloading area.

    • At 5:00 pm when the doors are locked down a safety inspection will be done, if anything on your table is thought to be a fire hazard it will be removed and stored someplace for you to pick up later.

    • There will be absolutely NO RE-ADMITTANCE if you leave the Ball area on the night of the Ball.

    • There will be NO kegs or portable bars allowed! You can still bring your ice chest (with your bottle) and food. Remember NO OPEN FLAMES on your tables!

    • The Centroplex is a Smoke Free building therefore you will have to use the designated cored off area to smoke. Sorry for the inconvenience.

    • You can have food and drinks catered to your table at the Ball.  Orders must be submitted by the 10th or there will be a 10% rush fee added.  The phone & fax numbers are at the end of the listings.  2005 MENU
